Description: Clumping, feather-leafed palm. Mostly subterranean trunk and plumose leaves deep green with gray undersides. Overall height to 10 feet with a 15 feet spread.
Requirements: Grows well in alkaline to slightly acidic soils. Growth rate slow. Tolerates short cold snaps to mid 20s. Perhaps the most salt tolerant palm
