Description:
Solitary, feather-leafed, stilt-rooted, crownshaft palm. Trunks to 3 inches thick and sparse leaf crown a dark green. Overall height to 10 feet with a 5-6 foot spread.
Requirements:
Prefers acidic to neutral soils. Growth rate medium. Tolerates short cold dips to mid 30s. Slight salt tolerance. Very ornamental used in groupings.
