Description:
Very similar to Attalea butyracea but perhaps a bit bigger in all regards with overall height to 80 feet. Leaves do twist to vertical at their midpoint.
Requirements:
Grows well in alkaline to slightly acidic soils. Growth rate medium. Tolerates an occasional short cold snap to very high 20s.
