Description:
Solitary, very large, fan-leafed palm. Trunks to 3 feet thick and leaves medium green to 12 feet across. Height to 60+ feet with a 25 - 30 foot spread.
Requirements:
Grows well in acidic and alkaline soils. Growth rate slow to moderate. Can tolerate short cold snaps into high 20s. Salt tolerance is good.
